this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar,

have found this man subverting our nation. He opposes payment of taxes to
Caesar and claims to be Christ, a king."

This man has to our knowledge been teaching our nation to do wrong, and not
to make payment of taxes to Caesar, even saying that he himself is Christ, a
