to the ground and begged him, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me
clean."

【牧灵本】他又告诉他们一个比喻:“没有人从新衣服上撕下一块布,去补旧衣服。那样的话,新衣破了,而从新衣撕下的那块和旧衣服也不相称。
【现代本】耶稣又对他们讲另一个比喻:“没有人撕破新衣服,把撕下的布块补在旧衣上;这样做的话,新衣撕破了,撕下来的那块新布又不能跟旧的相称。
【当代版】没有人会在新衣裳上撕下一块布来,补在旧衣服上。这样不单新衣给扯坏了,旧衣也显得不伦不类。
【KJV】And he spake also a parable unto them; No man
putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new
maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with
the old.
【NIV】He told them this parable: "No one tears a
patch from a new garment and sews it on an old one. If he does, he will have
torn the new garment, and the patch from the new will not match the old.
【BBE】And he said to them, in a story, No man takes a
bit of cloth from a new coat and puts it on to an old coat, for so the new
coat would be damaged and the bit from the new would not go well with the
old.
【ASV】And he spake also a parable unto them: No man
rendeth a piece from a new garment and putteth it upon an old garment; else
